- Spend more time watching things that are uplifting, playing games or generally
laughing, it truly is the best medicine, right now.
                   - Be as proactive about your finances as possible and don’t put your head in the
                       sand.
                   - Send texts and audio messages to your friends to check in and see if you can
                       help them with anything.

               DON’T:

                   - Share news or talk about how crazy this is.
                   - Limit the amount that you talk about things from a place of what could go wrong.
                   - Spend countless hours gossiping and talking about things you’re not sure about.
                   - Offload your emotional state to your family, they are experiencing enough as it is.
                   - Lie or minimize the truth, rather, give context, give the facts and attempt to not
give your own bias of what’s happening.
                   - Feed the fear and the feeling that fear gives us (a dopamine release).

               And most importantly?

               Don’t isolate.

Being strong doesn’t mean doing it all alone.

Connection is a resilience tool. Use it.

               3. Taking care of your customers and clients

Inside of your business, we’re in times of the unknown.

The biggest thing that your customers and clients need right now is a level of certainty
               and security.

It doesn’t matter what niche or industry that you’re in, right now your clients and
customers are likely scared and don’t know what to do.

The truth is, the game of client delivery has changed, nearly overnight.
It’s important that you adapt right now.

So, how do you do that?
