and where they fit in the big picture. They want goals and projects with
clear expectations and to be empowered to do the job. They are self
motivated, so they want the work to be challenging and to feel fulfilled. If
feasible for their role, more want flexibility in how, where and when they
complete their work.
2. Contribute and add value: They want a meaningful role within a positive
culture where they can achieve their purpose, see they add value and can
make a difference. They expect the impact of their efforts to be measured.
They expect to be given a voice, seen, heard and their contribution noticed.
3. Growth and Recognition: They need to feel supported where they are
continuously growing; and developing personally and professionally.
Starting with great onboarding; followed with opportunities to develop and
enhance their skills through training, projects and coaching. They expect
each role to offer new career options or promotions; and some mobility.
They want regular feedback, encouragement and thanks to feel valued.
