               These 9 identity-driven elements shape how you are perceived. They radiate outward from your
               story.

                          3. VIBE            Your emotional energy - calm, fiery, grounded, playful.
                         4. VOICE            Your tone, your words, your way of expressing truth.
                         5. STYLE            How you present visually and behaviourally.
                         6. PROOF            Evidence of impact - projects, results, outcomes.
                      7. MAGNETISM           Your pull factor - not hype but resonance.
                      8. REPUTATION          What people say when you’re not in the room.
                         9. SIGNAL           The overall impression you leave.

                PART 2: THE OUTER SIGNAL

               These 9 perception-based ingredients determine how others trust and value you. They either
               strengthen or weaken your brand.

                         Element                                    What it means

                         1. TRUST            Do people believe you’ll do what you say?
                     2. AUTHENTICITY         Do you feel real and grounded?
                        3. CLARITY           Is your message clear and focused?
                       4. VISIBILITY         Are you seen, known and showing up in the right spaces?
                     5. CONSISTENCY          Do your words, actions and presence match over time?
                       6. EXPERTISE          Do you show depth and credibility in your field?
                    7. RELATIONSHIPS         Do others advocate for you and your work? And you for them?
                      8. DIFFERENCE          Do you stand out for the right reasons?
                         9. VALUE            Do people understand the value you bring?

               In this step, you and Chatty will map your signal in three ways:

                   1.  Current Signal – what people already pick up from you.

                   2.  Missing Signal – the gaps between who you are and what others see.

                   3.  Future Signal – the channels, proof and presence - that make your next chapter visible
                       and trusted.
               This isn’t about shouting louder. It’s about clarity. Making sure when people hear your name or
               see your work, they catch the real signal.
