               tribes – These both equal your value. 1) Where are you the go-to person in your field? 2) What’s
               the point of view or wisdom that makes your expertise distinct? 3) Who are the people you can
               call on - and who calls on you?

               E – EXPERIENCE = Your past journey. The path that shaped who you are today. 1) How has your
               education, career, or life journey influenced who you’ve become? 2) Where have you pivoted,
               reinvented, or adapted? 3) What projects or challenges became turning points?

               D – DELIVERABLES = Impact and results. What you’ve made happen and why it matters. 1) What
               have you created, delivered, or achieved? 3) What did it lead to - for you, your team or others?
