Count your top tricks by power. 2 spades, hearts and diamonds. 6 in total.
Add tricks from other sources. You have 2 slow tricks by power in clubs.
You have a possible trick by position in hearts and a trick by length in
        diamonds.
Manage the hand. If the Ì2 is led play the Jack and play a club. Whenever
you get the lead play clubs until your 2 tricks are set up
Play. Try to remember your plan all through the play.

If you get lost, STOP, look how many you still need and make C. A. M. P.
        again.

slow tricks by power in all four suit. 8 in all North South
but a lot of work to do. (Remember that 1NT 2NT
the defence will give you some of these 3NT All pass
        tricks in their attack).
Manage the hand. If you get a spade lead do not play the Ace run it round
to your 9 and start setting up tricks in the other suit remembering
“Honours from the short hand first” in every suit.
Play. Whatever suit they lead win as soon as you can and play to set up
your tricks in other suits. Do not play on their suit.

        Hand 6

An easier hand now where we have 9 top tricks and, if South leads a
        club, it could possibly be 11. Don’t forget to make C. A. M. P.
