All students are offered advice and information about careers planning, further studies or study
pathways during their studies in Years 10-12. This includes:
- Careers subjects
- Careers expo
- Set plans
Accommodation & Welfare
Saint Stephen’s College Accommodation Policy allows the following options:
o Homestay
o Living with a parent
o Living with a relative (approved by Immigration)
Saint Stephen’s College will issue a CAAW or Welfare Letter for students living in homestay
accommodation.
Saint Stephen’s College will not issue a CAAW or Welfare Letter for students living with a parent or
relative.
Any concerns or questions about the student’s accommodation or welfare should be made in school
hours and addressed to:

Arrangements to visit a student living in accommodation approved by Saint Stephen’s College should

Support and Intervention Processes
Saint Stephen’s College will arrange additional assistance for students to help them successfully
complete their studies if this is necessary. This may take the form of:
o homework classes or tutorials after school
o changing timetabling or subjects to allow for greater ESL or subject related support
