A Tool used to:

● OBSERVE People’s attitude to safety in real work

situations.

● RECORD Safety Observations, both good and those that

need to be corrected.

● RECORD Situations with the potential to cause harm to

personnel or damage to the plant we are building.

● ILLUSTRATE how we can improve safety behaviour on

site by all taking notice of how people around us are

working.

● Used to capture safe or unsafe acts and conditions.

● Will be made Available for Use by all site personnel.

● Analysed weekly for capturing trends on site.

● Help in preventing near misses becoming accidents or

incidents.
