DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES
SPECIALIST TECHNICAL SERVICES
● Stage 3: Final Written Warning – In the event of yet a further breach of
conduct or lapse from performance, the employee will be given a final
written warning in the presence of a third party. At this stage a period of
suspension (up to two weeks) without pay may be invoked. A copy of this
warning will be held on file for 1 year unless a longer period is specified.
● Stage 4: Termination – If, following a period of suspension, or a final written
warning, an employee is guilty of further breaches, and no improvement is
forthcoming, the Company with the appropriate statutory notice will
dismiss the employee from employment. This procedure will apply to all
matters concerning the conduct, attendance and/or performance of any
employee except in cases of gross misconduct, warranting summary
dismissal as set out below.
