                                                                       ● A risk assessment must be conducted for all work, identifying possible



                                                                              hazards. In particular a dynamic risk assessment should identify hazards




                                                                              including entrapment and entanglement.



                                                                       ● Keep all potential loose clothing and entanglement sources secure at all




                                                                              times or remove from danger zone, eg draw string for hoods, cuffs, ties,




                                                                              high visibility vests, loose clothing, lanyards and belts, etc.
