SPECIALIST TECHNICAL SERVICES
SAFETY HARNESS AND LANYARD
● Training and risk assessment is required.
● Documented inspection every 6 months as a minimum.
● A weekly GA3, (or similar to meet any counrty specific legal
requirements) will be filled out for all WAH equipment.
● Visually inspected each time before use by the user.
● Problems with equipment must be reported immediately.
