AASBO Duck Race Delivers to
Junior Achievement of Arizona
AASBO’s popular Duck Race just keeps on
giving – this time to Junior Achievement of
Arizona.
It makes perfect sense that AASBO chose
Junior Achievement as its beneficiary
this year. After all, they represent two
organizations dedicated to helping K-12
students succeed.
The duck event, staged annually at
AASBO’s Summer Conference and Expo,
generated $11,500 for Junior Achievement,
which helps prepare today’s students for a
bright future tomorrow. The organization’s
kindergarten-12 grade programs foster
th
work-readiness, entrepreneurship and
financial literacy skills using hands-on
learning techniques to inspire students
to dream big and reach their potential,
according to its website.
