Chuck Essigs Day – 3.12.2025
Karin Smith
March 12, 2025 is now a historic day in the state
of Arizona. On this day, Arizona Secretary of State
Adrian Fontes joined AASBO at our Bi-Monthly
meeting to issue a proclamation in honor of the
Godfather of School Finance, Chuck Essigs.
The contributions that Chuck has made to our
education community are endless. Chuck has
desicated his career to public education and we are
forever grateful for what he has done and continues
to do.
Happy 80th Birthday, Chuck!
