    student counts and the related calculations for ADM.  We'll go through examples of ADM calculations including the new

    201:   Fair Labor Standards Act
    Presenter: Kyle McQuaid—Consulting Manager, Heinfeld, Meech & Co., P.C.
    A major challenge for school districts is ensuring that they adhere to federal wage and hour laws. With increased budget
    constraints, compliance can be an overwhelming task. This workshop will help clarify the various components of the Fair Labor
    Standards Act (FLSA) and provide tips for staying in compliance.

    Enjoy a presentation about the basics of school bus routing. The presentation will include a summary of the basic rules to follow
    when routing your fleet and examples that detail the importance of efficient routing.

    202:   Alternative Fuels
    Presenter: Mike Fisher—Phoenix Elementary School District
    This presentation will review the latest developments for alternative fuels for school buses and automobiles.  School districts
    need to be aware of these ever‐changing options and the impact that they may have on your operations.

    302:   Test your driving skills
    Presenter: Ernie Meza—The Arizona School Risk Retention Trust
    Get behind the wheel and come test your driving skills in four different driving simulations.  This driving simulator will put you at
    the helm of a school bus in a simulator that can be used for training and safety courses in your district.  There are limited spots
    for this simulation experience, so an additional breakout session has been offered.
