Hands on Bus Training
The Leadership in Training Program is geared
11:45 PM toward Department of Public Safety (DPS)–
Lunch trained Arizona driver trainers. It includes time
spent in the classroom and hands-on with a
1:00 PM school bus. Participants will receive training

In Classroom Training in all aspects of school bus driver instructing.
This will include classroom preparation, pa-
perwork and processes, key classroom topics,

behind-the-wheel teaching techniques, and the
Transportation will be rules and regulations of the Arizona state pupil

District fied Arizona driver trainer with a valid trainer
number. You must also meet all requirements
for school bus trainers as described in Arizona
1004 Hancock Rd. Administrative Code R13-13-103.
