Improved Turle Knot

1. Run the tag end through the hook eye and form a loop of line
(shown here looped around the head of the fly).
2. Form another loop with the tag, forward of the fly or lure, and bring
the tag through that three times.
3. Pull the knot tight, coaxing the small loop over the head of the fly or
lure, into position against the hook eye.
