Jonathan says, "Good thing we don't have my mom with us today. She really let loose
yesterday. Next weekend, we probably won't escape her company."

Iben looks up from her phone, quickly and somewhat angrily slapping her hand down on

               the leather seat.

"Dad, stop criticizing Grandma. She's alright."” Samantha underwent breast augmentation
in June last year. Since then, she and Jonathan frequently mention them, both being
extremely satisfied with the results. Jonathan often boasts about financing the procedure.
Iben and Andrew have noticed his enthusiasm, especially during the annual summer
tennis event at the club, where friends remarked on "Samantha's new look" post-surgery.
This event is a cherished two-day tradition where club members, both young and old, enjoy
lunch and friendly matches. Discussions about the augmentation have been frequent at

home as well. Just last Sunday, during a lunch with Jonathan's mother, Marianna, Jonathan
made a playful remark about Samantha's breasts, causing laughter among Samantha and
               the children.

“The battle of the Twins is the real disaster, that stuff about global warming is pure
               nonsense”

His mother had resolutely risen from her chair, glared at him angrily, and said:

“If I hear one more word about Samantha's breasts, I'm leaving!"

It had gone completely silent as it always does when grandma gets angry, and she had

snorted and added after she sat down again.

Honestly, my boy, act like an adult. And what do you think the children will think if you talk
about such things? Her outburst of anger was solely directed at Jonathan. She left
Samantha alone, instead giving her a condescending smile, shaking her head, and rolling
her eyes. In Marianna's world, there was no doubt that Samantha was, in many ways, a
poor soul. Marianna knew that Jonathan, the younger of her two sons, wasn't always on the
up and up, especially when it came to women. She had seen too many disappointed girls'
faces not to doubt that he was the unfaithful type, an irresponsible "player," as she often

called him. She knew he did exactly what he wanted, and ever since he was quite young,
the opposite sex had flocked to him. In that way, it had been a relief for her when he
suddenly, out of the blue, introduced her to Samantha and not long after announced that
               they were getting married.
