Once again his brain goes through the process about Kräsen and Johan's
disappearance, even though he has neither the time nor desire to do so. Tom’s

perfectionism, though usually a very useful skill, is sometimes a disadvantage for

him. It forces him from time and time again to examine all the possible details
that could be of any significance, clues others might choose to disregard or

overlook.

Johan disappeared in 1984 and the only survivor who knew him is his ex-
wife, and she has neither seen nor heard from him since the disappearance,

so many hours to see if something could be dug up about the man, something

that would clarify some of the dark spots of the case.

Tom’s been going through old church books to find more about Johan’s

family – a method other investigators disregard as old fashion and a waste of
time. He had been looking for the slightest clue that could help the investigation.
