The three-lobed
compound Cloverleaf
Knot with flat red cord.

the second loop.
This third compound Cloverleaf Knot is built
using a slightly different method in which you wrap
around both parts instead of inserting through, as
in the standard Cloverleaf. Notice the more complex
centre generated by this knot.
4 the third loop moves again through the first,
o, u, and then the second o, u. move o,o, the
1 starting with a bent loop, o, o to the upper left…
third to pass u, o the first loop ear, then o, o,
wrap another loop around
it. t-pins definitely help!
2 insert the working end through the first loop o, 5 – returning u, u, u, u, o, u, u, u, u, o, u, o to
u, then o, o, o, o, o, o…
finish. the third loop is thereby completed.
