                      twisted Sinnet
                      This form of Four-Strand Sinnet is very similar to
                      the Emperor Sinnet, except that you do not change
                      sides at every overhand knot. You make the loop on
                      the same side every time. Take a look:









                                                                                   4         – and tuck the left cord over the


                                                                                             core cords and down into the
                                                                                             right loop.


                    1         Stretch a pair to each side of centre.     5         Repeat Stage 2 to 4 as needed,

                                                                                   continuing to use the right cord
                                                                                   under first. this twists down
                                                                                   to the right. to twist down to
                                                                                   the left, tuck the left-side cord
                                                                                   under first.
