A skilled, classically trained chef with a good sense of
humor and cool temperament? Is it possible??? Yes. Yes, it is.
Welcome, Chef Harold Ramos, to the CC Country Club team as
you step into the kitchen lead as our new Executive Chef.
Chef Ramos trained at the Culinary Institute of America and
has a rich knowledge of world cuisine. His passion for staying
innovative and current with popular food trends made us
instant fans of his.

We first met Harold when he interviewed with us in late Ramos found his way back to us two weeks later and hosted
