ATTIRE AND GROOMING
It is important for all employees to project a professional image while at work by
being appropriately attired. Big River employees are expected to be neat, clean and
well groomed while on the job. Clothing must be consistent with the standards for a
business environment and must be appropriate to the type of work being performed.
All employees must be covered from shoulders to knees at all times (no see-through
or sleeveless clothing is permitted at any time). Natural and artificial scents may
become a distraction from a well-functioning workplace and are also subject to this
policy. Big River is confident that employees will use their best judgment regarding
attire and appearance. Management reserves the right to determine appropriateness.
Any employee who is improperly dressed will be counseled or in severe cases may
be sent home to change clothes. Continued disregard of this policy may be cause for
disciplinary action, which may result in termination.

                 PROMOTIONS AND TRANSFERS
In an effort to match you with the job for which you are most suited and/or to meet
the business and operational needs of the Company, you may be transferred from
your current job. This may be either at your request or as a result of a decision by the
                 Company.

Reasons for transfer may include, but are not necessarily limited to, fluctuations in
department workloads or production flow; a desire for more efficient utilization of
personnel; increased career opportunities; personality conflicts; health; other
personal situations; or other business reasons.

Most job openings that are intended to be filled from within the Company will be
posted. The Company does reserve the right, however, to transfer or promote an
employee without posting the availability of that position. Temporary transfers may
be made at the discretion of the management.

                 ANNIVERSARY DATES
A regular full-time employee's anniversary date is the date they began work. For an
employee who was hired part-time and later becomes regular full-time, the date the
employee became part-time is the employee's anniversary date.

                 DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME
When the clock is reset for daylight savings time, hourly and non-exempt salaried
personnel working during that time will be paid for actual hours worked. In the
spring, employees will not be paid for the one hour that the clock is moved ahead.
When the clock is set back in the fall, the employees will be paid for the extra hour
                 worked.
