REFERENCE CHECKS
                All inquiries regarding a current or former Employer employee must be referred to the
                Human Resources Department.

                Should an employee receive a written request for a reference, he/she should refer the
                request to the Human Resources Department for handling.  No employee may issue a
                reference letter to any current or former employee without the permission of the Human
                Resources Department.

                Under no circumstances should any employee release any information about any current
                or former employee over the telephone.  All telephone inquiries regarding any current
                or former employee of Employer must be referred to the Human Resources Department.

                In  response  to  an  outside  request  for  information  regarding  a  current  or  former
                Employer employee, the Human Resources Department will furnish or verify only an
                employee's  name,  dates  of  employment,  job  title  and  department.    No  other  data  or
                information  regarding  any  current  or  former  Employer  employee,  or  his/her
                employment with Employer, will be furnished unless the employee authorizes Employer
                to  furnish  this  information  in  a  writing  that  also  releases  Employer  from  liability  in
                connection with the furnishing  of this information or Employer is required by law to
                furnish any information.


                PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
                Employer believes  that  learning  is  a  continuing  process  and  encourages  employees  to
                improve their  job  skills  and  knowledge.    Employer offers  regular  full-time  employees
                opportunities  to  participate  in  professional  development  activities  from  time  to  time.
                Employees must obtain supervisor approval prior to registering and attending events in
                which  the  employee  attends  on  company  time  and/or  requests  reimbursement.
                Employees  may  be  asked  to  demonstrate  the  relevance  of  the  activity  to  their
                professional  improvement  and  benefit  to  Employer,  and  to  also  share  knowledge
                learned  with  their  co-workers.    The  employee's  supervisor  will  decide  on  the
                appropriateness of the activity and determine whether or not the activity is approved.

                For approved activities, registration, fees, mileage and parking will be reimbursed.  If
                the activity requires an overnight stay, reasonable lodging and meal expenses will  be
                reimbursed.    Receipts  must  be  submitted  on  an  expense  report  and  remitted  to  the
                supervisor upon return from the activity.
