for example the
rotator cuff behind our shoulder, hips and
abdominals for the lower spine and neck
muscles at the back of our neck are important
for good posture. Ignoring these muscles would be
dangerous to your body. We must ensure that these
muscles are contracting and not relaxing. Your body
will thank you if you exercise those muscles at least
15 minutes a day. Hanging on a bar, neck and hip
stretches are a few examples
of exercise to keep those specific muscles active.
It is therefore advisable to maintain posture. We look
better, feel more confident and our body is free from
pain or injury. People would develop a hunchback at
a young age which is alarming and it is our
responsibility to look after our body.
