Structural design services for a one-story, 26,000 SF, pre-engineered metal
warehouse building utilized for HVAC supply, consisting of storage/warehouse
space, offices, restroom facilities and a training room.

The foundations & framing were designed to support a future expansion
located at the East end of the facility. The facility features 3 separate mezzanines
totaling 12,000 SF.

Structural design services for a new, single story, 28,000 SF expansion to the
existing brew-house facility. Additionally, a 15 foot, 2,000 SF vertical expansion
of existing roof and new concrete foundation / pads for exterior grain silos were
incorporated.
