Structural design services were provided for a new one story, 1.1 Million SF
steel-framed warehouse structure. The steel framing was designed with a
minimum clear height of 36’. A 50’x50’ column bay spacing was utilized with
exterior precast concrete wall panels.

Dillon Warehouse
Dillon, South Carolina
Structural design services for a new single-story, 374,000 SF warehouse
facility consisting of steel frame with steel bar joists and metal roof deck.

SunMed Growers Warehouse/Office Addition
Warwick, Maryland

Structural design services for foundations for one-story, 18,000 SF, warehouse/
office addition. The building is a pre-engineered metal building with an airlock
link to the existing facility. Additional design services were provided for another
20,000 SF pre-engineered warehouse expansion on a different location of the
existing building.

Faro Technologies
Exton, Pennsylvania
Structural design services for a new 90,300 SF building. The building is a
combination of office and manufacturing areas consisting of steel-framing
utilizing interior steel columns and exterior tilt-up concrete bearing walls. The
high bay roof system was designed to support a LS Registration Scan area in
addition to uni-strut utility racks.

Warren County Warehouse
Warren County, Virginia

Structural design services provided for a new 324,000 SF warehouse facility.
The new facility consisted of a steel frame structure including steel bar joists
and metal roof deck.

NKS Distribution Warehouse
New Castle, Delaware
Structural design services for a new, 245,000 SF, warehouse facility, with
a 10,000 SF, mezzanine. The project consists of a conventionally framed
warehouse with insulated tilt-up concrete panels for the exterior facade.

Martinsburg Warehouse Lot 3
Martinsburg, West Virginia
Structural design services for a new single-story, 324,000 SF warehouse
facility consisting of steel frame with steel bar joists and metal roof deck.
