Bernardon is committed to providing strong leadership through
each phase of the design, construction, and procurement
process. Melissa Mayer-Benedetti, NCIDQ will manage
and be responsible for the overall performance of Bernardon’s
interior design team and ultimately responsible for design and
technical quality, the allocation of firm resources, and for client
satisfaction. Melissa’s responsibilities will include day-to-day
management of the project. She will be responsible for the
internal task of organizing, executing, and coordinating project Kathleen
assignments, as well as preparing the design and construction
documents, and providing construction administration
services. Interior Designers Kathleen Bellus, NCIDQ and
Pamela Walsh will collaborate with Melissa as members of
the interior design team to meet to meet the overall project
objectives.
Melissa and her team’s existing relationships with vendors
in the industry and their experience in the procurement
of furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E) items will be
invaluable to the success of the project. The resources available Pam
to her team and thus, Village Place Apartments , provides for
affordable luxury unparalleled to that of other communities.
