Estates, Plantation Estates, Westminster Village, Fairhaven, Copper Ridge, Bayleigh

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Continuing design of renovation and new construction to various areas at
the 27 ACTS Retirement Community sites listed above for 25 years. Ongoing projects include Central
Facility Renovation, WillowBrooke Court (skilled nursing), OakBridge Terrace (assisted living), Apartments of
Today (independent living), design for all estates, cafe/bistro designs, energy analysis, infrastructure
upgrade, MPE/FP Assessments, corridor HVAC systems, kitchen HVAC systems redesign, renovations to
Lobbies, Offices, Dining Facilities, Cafes, Fitness Suites, Assembly Spaces, Marketing Suites and numerous
support spaces. Additional MPE designs include emergency generators, water softener systems, laundry
systems, pumping stations, grease interceptors, boiler systems, domestic hot water systems, domestic
water/fire service backflow preventers, H&V units, packaged H&V units with DX cooling, split systems,
packaged rooftop units, ductless split systems, fire protection, pool dehumidification, air cooled chillers, dual
temperature piping systems, heating hot water piping system, domestic water, sanitary/vent systems, split
indoor air systems, fan coils, and split system heat pumps. New construction services include new Central
Boiler Plants and Pool Facility designs. Electrical systems include power and distribution and renovations to
fire alarm and emergency systems.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: New Construction of a 3-story retirement community with partial basement
including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Total 101 Units. Spaces Include commercial
kitchen, living units, pub, library, gaming rooms, and laundry. Engineering services include mechanical,
plumbing, electrical, and fire protection system specifically, energy recovery system, kitchen hood
exhaust/make-up air high efficiency gas fired systems, Building Automation System, VRF system, exhaust
air systems, smoke exhaust system, domestic water heating system, gas piping distribution system,
domestic water distribution system, lighting, lighting controls, exit/emergency lighting, emergency generator,
power distribution system, high voltage power distribution, addressable fire alarm system, low voltage
system, power, fire protection system (performance specification), standpipes, fire pump, dry pipe sprinkler
system.
