DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Designed systems for 180 bed nursing facility including office space,
commercial kitchen, and laundry facility. Mechanical systems consist of five packaged energy recovery
units, VAV boxes with hot water coils, restroom exhaust systems and commercial kitchen exhaust. Plumbing
systems consist of health care plumbing fixtures, commercial kitchen and laundry design, gas system, fire
pump and standpipes. Electrical systems consist of power distribution, lighting design, fire alarm, nurse call,
and emergency generator.

PROJECT TITLE: BAYONNE NURSING HOME AND REHAB CENTER

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Design of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems for
high rise facility of eight garage levels, retail level, two medical office levels and three nursing levels. Water
source heat pump system with outside air energy recovery system. Spaces included cafeteria, pool and
spa, fitness areas, and other support spaces for a nursing facility.
