room, lounges, pub/casual dining, and jazz lounge/formal dining. Engineering services include mechanical,
plumbing, electrical, and fire protection system specifically gas fired high efficiency VAV rooftop units with
roof-mounted ductwork, and single-duct VAV boxes with electric heat, Building Automation System, new
water source heat pumps to tie into existing WSHP piping loop. Connection of DX and gas to standby
power for emergency operation, extension and modification of existing domestic cold and hot water systems,
gas piping system, sanitary/vent system to connect to new fixtures and locations, lighting, lighting controls,
exit/emergency lighting, diesel emergency and gas fired emergency/stand-by generator, power distribution
system, high voltage power distribution, addressable fire alarm system, low voltage systems power, nurse
call system, fire protection system (performance specification), extension, and relocation of existing in order
to account for new floor /ceiling plans. Engineering services for DCA. Services include existing HVAC
assessment and recommendations report on system selection to meet code and program requirements.
