DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Out of the ground new construction of a 100-bedroom assisted living
facility. The facility consists of resident rooms, nursing support spaces, gathering dining and local dining
spaces served by a full commercial kitchen, activity rooms, main great room, conservatory, and glass
elevator. Designs services include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. Mechanical
systems consist of variable refrigerant flow system, dedicated outside air units, PTAC’s, and package rooftop
units. Plumbing systems are highlighted with a central domestic hot water system, resident bathrooms, and
a commercial kitchen. Electrical system highlights are the predominant use of LED lighting fixtures, a
Wander Guard System, and an interior generator.

HW heating system, existing bathrooms with showers, central nurse call system, wellness center, dining,
living room, activities area, offices, and support spaces.

PROJECT TITLE: GREEN ACRES MANOR
LOCATION: Lakewood, NJ
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The project consists of two areas of work: Conversion of the (E) physical
therapy spaces into nursing rooms and conversion of an (E) dining room into a new physical therapy space.
Mechanical systems consisted of variable refrigerant flow for the nursing rooms and a packaged rooftop unit
for the physical therapy. Provided new power, lighting, and plumbing throughout.

PROJECT TITLE: CASTLE HILL HEALTH CARE CENTER
LOCATION: Union City, NJ
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Relocation of an existing dining room, relocation of an existing physical
therapy room in a health care facility. The project required an approval process with New Jersey
Department of Community Affairs. Mechanical systems consisted of new PTAC’s and modifications to an
existing 100% outdoor air ventilation system. Additional ductless split systems were added to several
interior locations.
