Fees for professional services by the Bernardon team have been submitted on Fee Proposal Forms which
is attached to this submission as Exhibit B. Exhibit B includes estimate of reimbursable expenses and
alternate fee amounts. Additional services can be performed for a mutually agreed upon fixed fee or on an
