Design Concept

Our vision for 1010 Grant brings a new era of luxury
to the Wilmington area, with breathtaking views of
Wilmington's skyline, the Delaware Memorial Bridge, and
beyond.

1010 Grant builds itself up onto a pedestal and soars up to
fifteen stories, to provide varying vistas from its rooftop
clubhouse on the fifteenth floor, private balconies for
most of the units, and a second floor outdoor amenity
space overlooking the rail-line.

1010 Grant's metal paneling blends perfectly into the
spectrum of various brick and stone buildings that dot the
Wilmington skyline and complements the architectural
language of its neighbor 2000 Penn.

Our proposal also understands luxury and the
requirements for today, providing spacious residences and
large amenity spaces, as well as plenty of parking on the
first floor and lower level with ample guest parking.

1010 Grant will bring a new perspective of Wilmington
and add a new landmark to the skyline.

As an Appendix to this submission, we have included
diagrams, plans, elevations, and renderings that further
depict our vision.
