               Scope of Basic Services



               Basic Services shall consist of the usual and customary
               architectural, structural engineering, and mechanical,
               electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEPFP)
               engineering design services.  We  will  coordinate  the
               services of the owner’s civil engineering consultant. All
               services  which  are  not  specifically  identified  as  Basic
               Services may be provided by Bernardon as Additional
               Services.

               Phase I – Pre-Design/Conceptual Design
               In collaboration with your Civil Engineer, we will
               further develop the initial concept that was developed
               as part of this Request for Proposal (RFP) submission.
