                                                                    Bernardon can provide Record Drawings of your
                    ■ Bidding and sub-contractor de-scope services;
                                                                    building for use by you and your team, if required.  Your

                                                                    invoice that time as hourly service, at our standard rates,
                                                                    which are adjusted annually.
