Design Statement: Bernardon provided master planning,
architectural design, and hardscape design services for an
96,9600 SF retail neighborhood shopping center. Centre
Square Commons offers a pedestrian-friendly setting with
wide sidewalks and landscaped green space .

A unique element of the center is a centrally located
convertible community event space that helps to create center that not only reflects the vision of the Whitpain Township’s
a town center feel. This area, distinguished by decorative comprehensive plan, but also reestablished the heart of Centre
pavers, will be the focal point for four community events Square Commons. Montgomery County recognized the project
held annually. at their annual award programs, which recognizes the best in
planning, design, and advocacy in Montgomery County.
