Location: Westtown Township, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: Bernardon provided architectural design
services for the renovation of a 110,000 SF retail development
located on West Chester Pike (PA Route 3). There are a variety
of tenants, including two banks, four to five restaurants, and
a Fine Wine and Good Spirits.
The intent was to refresh the look of the shopping center, pre-renovations
which dates from the early to mid-1970’s, and create a higher
profile from West Chester Pike. As most of the shopping
