Owner/User: Allied Properties
Location: Downingtown, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: The overall project consisted of a
renovation to an existing one-story, 10,450 SF building that
was previously a restaurant.
Bernardon provided architectural design which included
the creation of warm dark shells for each of four proposed
tenants. The overall design combine various materials such
as brick, horizontal siding, metal cladding, and EIFS.
