Design Statement: Bernardon provided architectural
design for building shell improvements and landlord work
for an existing stand-alone structure of approximately 6,000
SF that was originally constructed in 1991 for Bob Evans
Restaurant.

Scope of the work included the subdivision of the existing
space into two (2) tenant spaces for First Watch (3,600 SF±)
and Zoe’s Kitchen (2,400 SF±). Exterior design and façade
renovations included the addition of a more prominent
“tower” feature at the southwest corner. Additionally,
sidewalks and access points were reconfigured/redesigned,
and a 500 SF± outdoor patio dining area was added for Zoe’s
Kitchen.
