Victory Brewing at Magnolia Brewpub

Design Statement: Bernardon provided design services
for the first of Victory’s regional brewpubs. The goal of the
project was to provide an environment that is focused on
“beer in the glass”, and a comfortable place where people can
“decide to be happy.” The character of the interior parallels
that of an industrial sawmill and includes materials that will
be hygienic without being sterile and modest without being
cold. The use of reclaimed mushroom boards (cypress) adds
a warmth and history.

The 8,500 SF interior fit-out includes a 10 bbl brewhouse,
commercial kitchen, bar and dining rooms, and a retail Rendering of Proposed Interior
venue. The restaurant is planned to seat 250 patrons with
space for outdoor dining.
