Design Statement: Bernardon provided design services
for the renovation of a 12,000 square foot masonry
building that once served as a trolley maintenance building
in the heart of Ardmore, PA. The new single-story, 20 bbl
production brewery includes a cafe and market, as well as
an extensive barrel program and canning operation.
The beauty of the existing steel girder roof structure that
spans the width of the building will play a dominate role in
the interior character of the brewery and cafe. Portions of
the existing sloped concrete floor will connect the various
functions of the internal operations.
