Design Statement: Bernardon provided design services for
the renovation of a 12,000 SF pole building in an industrial
center. The new brewery includes a bottling/kegging line
and a 100-seat taproom and local music venue.

Bernardon’s knowledge of the brewery process and
experience with similar breweries proved invaluable in the
planning of this brewery, and was critical to the timing and
approval of the small business loan that Blue Earl required.
The design and construction documents were completed
within three (3) weeks of a notice to proceed.
