Our team members are bold thinkers with an impressive range of experiences, achievements, and
backgrounds. Each project team collaborates on a specific project from initial conception through
completion together on site along with contractors and architectural teams. We currently have 26 highly
motivated individuals located in two offices as listed below:

Schedule Availability

In general, an execution strategy for a project requires a highly coordinated multi-disciplinary design and construction
package to meet overall project schedule requirements. Our team will leverage standard work processes and best
practices to execute each phase. Our team’s unrelated future workload is expected to be steady involving various project
types and sizes. In light of our current workload and deadline commitments, we expect our team workload to be 33%
now and 50% in the future. The selected project team is fully capable of meeting the expectations and deadlines set
forth; more than willing to adjust and refine, as needed.
