Kroger Grocery Fulfillment and Distribution Centers, Mulitple projects- Wisconsin and Frederick, MD- 1.1
million sq. ft. MEP design for cold storage with automation.
TruBlue Knoxville, TN- MEP design for 618,000 sq. ft. warehouse for distribution and 25,000 sq. ft. of
additional office space.
Cuisine Solutions, Harrisburg, PA- MEP design to include renovations for 20,400 sq. ft. of food processing
area and a 3,000 sq. ft. of second floor office space.
Equus Warehouse/Distribution Facility, Shippensburg, PA- MEP design services for a 1.1 million sq. ft.
design build warehouse facility.
Gordon Foods Distribution Centers, Multiple projects – Pittsburgh PA – Atlanta GA – Charlotte NC- This
project included MEP design build, BIM modeling and LEED services for a 415,000 sq. ft. new distribution
center and a 20,000 sq. ft. new vehicle maintenance building with 41,000 sq. ft. of office spaces, 234,000 sq.
ft. of refrigerated spaces, and 160,000 sq. ft. of storage, maintenance and utility areas.
Wolfgang Confectioners Loganville, PA- MEP design services for the existing 56,000 sq. ft. facility to
convert the former printing factory to a full candy manufacturing facility, existing systems were upgraded to
provide HVAC with low temperature cooling and electrical and plumbing services to support the new candy
processing and packaging equipment for two candy lines.
Amazon Distribution Center, Perryville, MD- This project included MEP design services for a 1.1 million sq.
ft. design build warehouse facility.
Perryville Cold Storage Facility, Maryland – Mechanical and electrical design for a new 364,000 sq. ft.
freezer storage building with an office/maintenance area.
Snyder’s Pretzel Production Expansion, Hanover, PA- MEP design for a 75,000 sq. ft. addition to the existing
pretzel production building including 12,500 sq. ft. office area, expanded production line area, new packag-
ing area, and new warehouse area.
Hanover Foods Centre Hall, Hanover, PA- MEP design for a 76,000 sq. ft. -10 degree freezer, 20,000 sq. ft.
dry storage, and 4,100 square foot docks, mechanical and electrical room additions.
EVAPCO HVAC Manufacturing, Taneytown, MD- This project included MEP engineering services for a new
156,700 sq. ft. manufacturing plant for Evapco. The project will also include a 25,000 sq. ft. total office.
