       Respective Projects Include:

Gordon Foods Distribution Centers, Multiple projects – Pittsburgh PA – Atlanta GA – Charlotte NC- This project
included MEP design build, BIM modeling and LEED services for a 415,000 sq. ft. new distribution center and a 20,000
sq. ft. new vehicle maintenance building with 41,000 sf of office spaces, 234,000 sq. ft. of refrigerated spaces, and
160,000 sq. ft. of storage, maintenance and utility areas. The electrical design included primary power service, parallel
generators for normal and emergency backup of the entire building, power for refrigeration systems, conveyor
systems, HVAC, lighting, and site lighting. Lighting design included LED high efficiency general illumination. The
warehouse LED lighting was designed to replace normal fire alarm strobes by flashing selected fixtures, reducing
installation cost and interference with operations in high racking areas. Electrical systems included phone and data
distribution and coordination, fire alarm, and card access. The mechanical design included rooftop packaged heating
and cooling systems for the office areas, heating and ventilation for storage, service and utility areas and plumbing for
restrooms and tepid water distribution for roof mounted safety showers and wash down hoses. Performance
specifications were developed for the fire protection design.

Gordon Foods Building Expansion, Taunton, Massachusetts - This project included mechanical and electrical
engineering design build services for a proposed 36,200 sf of new freezer expansion to an existing storage facility.
This project utilizes an air handler with a heat pump and electric heaters to condition the space. This project also
contains a duplex grinder pump. The electrical design included a service upgrade with main-tie-main configuration.
New backup generators were included. Lighting design included LED high efficiency general illumination. Electrical
systems included phone and data distribution and coordination, fire alarm, and card access.
