Wolfgang Confectioners- Loganville, PA- Paragon provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for
the existing 56,000 square foot facility. To convert the former printing factory to a full candy manufacturing facility,
existing systems were upgraded to provide HVAC with low temperature cooling and electrical and plumbing services
to support the new candy processing and packaging equipment for two candy lines.

Swaggerty Farms Freezer Addition- Kodak, TN- This project included MEP and fire protection design for a 14,800
sq. ft. expansion of the freezer warehouse. Electrical design included LED lighting for the expansion, and power to new
rooftop refrigeration penthouses. Fire alarm was extended and modified for the addition. A dry type fire suppression
system was designed to be connected to and extended from the existing fire protection system.

Allentown Brew Works, Allentown, Pennsylvania - Located in the historic Harold Furniture Building in downtown
Allentown, the Allentown Brew Works is an upscale, 400 seat restaurant and micro-brewery. Totaling approximately
6,200 square feet, the facility has three levels of dining areas and state-of-the-art banquet facilities. The Allentown
Brew Works also has multiple bar areas with lounge areas, billiards and gaming rooms. Adjacent to the building is an
outdoor “Bier Garten”. As a design-build project, Paragon Engineering Services provided engineering design services
to the mechanical and electrical contractors. With design styles ranging from a rustic industrial look to a modern New
York chic, the engineered systems needed to compliment the aesthetics of the various spaces while working within the
confines of the original building structure.
