       Rodger is the Director of Mechanical Engineering and has over

       25 years of experience working in the Mechanical/Design and
       construction fields. Rodger is responsible for design, coordination

       and construction administration of mechanical building systems
       including HVAC, plumbing and fire protection with a specialized focus

       Respective Projects Include:


       ATK Missile Products, Bldg. C33 Elkton, Maryland - This project included the replacement of existing HVAC
       equipment serving a production laboratory area. Owner provided requirements for explosive danger, and certain
       temperature and humidity set points in the space required special consideration for the type of HVAC equipment
       used. A modular air handling unit with chilled water coils, steam heating coil, and desiccant energy recovery wheel
       was used along with a packaged air-cooled chiller to meet the space conditioning requirements. Electrical design
       included power connections to the HVAC equipment.
       Amazon Distribution Center, Perryville, MD: This project included MEP design services for a 1.1 million sq. ft.
       design build warehouse facility. The mechanical design included packaged rooftop units for the entire warehouse and
       VAV rooftop units with electric reheat for the office areas. HVLS fans were utilized in areas with large concentration of
       people. The plumbing design included a domestic booster pump, flush valve toilets, and water to various locations
       throughout the facility.

       Kroger Automated Cold Storage Distribution Warehouse Facility, Multiple locations- MD & WI: Paragon
       provided MEP services for a 320,000 sq. ft. facility with offices, conditioned storage, refrigerated storage, and van
       maintenance areas. This project also included the renovation of a 300,000 sq. ft. existing warehouse. Mechanically,
       both projects included VAV systems in offices, redundant chilled water air rotation units and humidity control for
       automated storage area, compressed air systems with redundancy for automated storage equipment.  Tote wash
       ventilation, HW/CW & gas.  The MD project also included chilled water and hot water boilers for office areas, H&V
       units for renovated ambient warehouse.
