Carlisle Construction Materials Plant 4-5-6 Expansions, Carlisle, Pennsylvania – These projects included HVAC,
plumbing, fire protection, and electrical design for expansions and renovations to three buildings, plus a new 2100hp
drive room, cut-off area, electrical room cooling and a new 69KV substation and primary distribution upgrade. The
HVAC designs included rooftop VAV systems with electric reheat for office areas, 80ton split system for electrical
room, twin 20ton split systems for the drive room, gas heating and ventilation units for maintenance and storage
areas, air circulation and vent units for manufacturing areas.

General Dynamics, Westminster, Maryland - Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for a 39,600 square foot
research and develop facility. Mechanical design included roof mounted single-cone packaged direct expansion cooling
and gas heating equipment and terminal units. Lighting design included 277 volt fluorescent lights in office and T5HO
high-bay lighting in assembly area controlled by occupancy sensors. Exterior lighting included pole mounted and
building mounted fixtures controlled by time-clock and photocell to meet local ordinances. Power design included a
2000 amp 277/480v service to power building systems. Power design to office area included isolated ground
receptacles for computers. Switchgear included transient voltage surge suppression and phase loss protection. Special
consideration was made for to meet all requirements for mechanical and electrical design to SCIF rooms. Fire alarm
design included an addressable fire alarm panel, smoke detectors, heat detectors and horn/strobes throughout the
       facility.

Schindler Elevator, Hanover, Pennsylvania - This project included LEED MEP design services for a 200,000 sq. ft.
warehouse building with 3,000 sq. ft. office area, which is LEED gold certified. The building is conditioned through
high efficiency gas-furnaces in the office areas, and gas-fired air rotation unit for the warehouse area. The building
energy consumption is estimated to be 48% less than a similar conventional building. A 40% reduction in water
usage was achieved through the use of low flow and low flush plumbing fixtures. A fire alarm system was provided
with initiating and signaling devices located throughout the building as required by code.

Gordon Foods Distribution Centers, Multiple projects – Pittsburgh PA – Atlanta GA – Charlotte NC- This project
included MEP design build, BIM modeling and LEED services for a 415,000 sq. ft. new distribution center and a 20,000
sq. ft. new vehicle maintenance building with 41,000 sf of office spaces, 234,000 sq. ft. of refrigerated spaces, and
160,000 sq. ft. of storage, maintenance and utility areas. The electrical design included primary power service, parallel
generators for normal and emergency backup of the entire building, power for refrigeration systems, conveyor
systems, HVAC, lighting, and site lighting. Lighting design included LED high efficiency general illumination. The
warehouse LED lighting was designed to replace normal fire alarm strobes by flashing selected fixtures, reducing
installation cost and interference with operations in high racking areas. Electrical systems included phone and data
distribution and coordination, fire alarm, and card access. The mechanical design included rooftop packaged heating
and cooling systems for the office areas, heating and ventilation for storage, service and utility areas and plumbing for
restrooms and tepid water distribution for roof mounted safety showers and wash down hoses. Performance
specifications were developed for the fire protection design.

York Business Center, York, Pennsylvania – This project included HVAC and plumbing design for a 168,000 square
foot fit-out of a portion of Building B at the former Caterpillar facility with another 1,500 square foot office area and
warehouse for the remainder. Plumbing services included designing connections to existing sanitary and water piping,
layout and size piping systems connected to the plumbing fixtures and other equipment, including domestic hot and
