                                           owner preferences.
                                       •   Documentation of exterior courtyard electrical systems including
                                           power and lighting within a courtyard based on direction from
                                           landscape architect/interior designer/architect (i.e. markups
                                           providing with light fixture locations, cut sheets, fire pits, string lights,
                                           etc.)
                                       •   A dedicated panel within the pool equipment room for connection by
                                           pool design/build contractor. Lighting within a pool equipment room
                                       •   Documentation will include floor plans, power and lighting schedules,
                                           single-line diagram, installation details and a book specification.



          PLUMBING                     •   Code research.
                                       •   Calculations and design of the plumbing and drainage systems,
                                           including
                                               o  Unit kitchens, toilet rooms, and laundry areas.
                                               o  Common area bathrooms, gym, etc.
                                               o  Retail “Cold Dark” provisions
                                               o  Storm drainage and overflow systems
                                       •   Calculations and design of domestic cold and hot water system
                                           including
                                               o  Unit cold and hot water distribution. We anticipate a central
                                                   domestic hot water system with copper/CPVC mains and
                                                   PEX distribution with central Mana bloc within the units.
                                               o  Common area cold and hot water distribution to bathrooms,
                                                   gym, exterior wall hydrants etc. We anticipate copper
                                                   distribution.
                                               o  Retail “Cold Dark” provisions.
                                               o  Provisions for domestic water sub-metering at each
                                                   apartment and retail.
                                       •   Design of gas distribution including
                                               o  Apartments (as applicable)
                                               o  Common area HVAC
                                               o  Retail
                                               o  Gas will be utility metered at each apartment and retail
                                                   space.
                                       •   Design of pool plumbing systems including
                                               o  Valved and capped domestic water line to pool equipment
                                                   room for connection by pool design/build contractor.
                                               o  Valved and capped natural gas line to pool equipment room
                                                   for connection by pool design/build contractor.
                                               o  Sanitary drain line to pool equipment room for connection by
