It is with esteemed pride and joy do I take this opportunity as the District Commissioner; to officially welcome
the Hall & Musgrove family back to your roots and back to the beautiful garden island of North Caicos! As you
gather to celebrate your reunion, I am reminded about the true purpose of family.

Love; United in Legacy” beautifully captures the essence of what family represents:

through life’s challenges and celebrates our triumphs. Being rooted in love also
means embracing your differences and cherishing your similarities. It’s a reminder
