Warm wishes to the Hall-Musgrove Family!
It gives me great pleasure and a privilege to pay tribute and extend warm wishes to the Hall and Musgrove Family reunion.
Today, we come together to honor an extraordinary woman; Mother Anarean Missick. At 92 years young, her life stands as a shining testament to unwavering faith, strength, and devotion. From her humble beginnings in Kew, North Caicos, to becoming a spiritual pillar in her community, she has inspired generations through her steadfast love for God, deep commitment to family, and tireless dedication to evangelism.
A true matriarch, a devoted prayer warrior, and a living embodiment of grace, Mother Missick continues to be a beacon of wisdom, faith and enduring love. We celebrate her life, her remarkable journey, and the profound impact she has had on all of us.
As we reflect on family, legacy, and the power of perseverance, I also want to commend the proprietors of the Robinson Variety Store in Kew; the oldest operating business in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Your continued service to the community represents a proud legacy of entrepreneurship, resilience, and commitment that has stood the test of time.
We also celebrate the rich and enduring legacy of the Musgrove family; an incredible lineage that traces back to the mid-1800s in Forbes Hill, Exuma, Bahamas. From modest beginnings in farming, fishing, and the sponging industry, the Musgrove family built a foundation rooted in resilience, hard work, and faith.
Their journey to the Turks and Caicos Islands began with Isaac Ebenezer Musgrove and his wife Delia, whose courage and vision laid the groundwork for generations to follow. Through their descendants, the Musgrove family has made significant contributions to the spiritual, social, and civic life of these islands.
As we celebrate this legacy, we give thanks for the indelible footprints left across the Twin Islands and throughout the Turks and Caicos; a powerful testament to the enduring spirit of the Halls and the Musgroves.
